How it works

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
• Email us at lumedigital.support@gmail.com with your order details, and we'll handle the rest.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
