This Privacy Notice explains how David Tukisi ("we", "us", "our"), operating Creator Growth System (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares your personal data. We act as the data controller for personal data processed about your use of the Service.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
- Profile & content data: the content, posts, ideas, and notes you create inside the Service.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
- Usage & telemetry: pages viewed, features used, errors, timestamps.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP.
Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and is not stored by us.
2. How we use your data and legal bases
- Provide the Service (account creation, saving your work, authentication) — performance of a contract with you.
- Customer support — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in helping users.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests in keeping the Service safe; legal obligations.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests in understanding usage and improving the Service.
- Marketing communications — your consent (you can withdraw at any time).
- Compliance with legal obligations — where required by law.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database providers, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and customer support tooling, acting on our instructions.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle) — for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
4. International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside your country (including outside the UK/EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We will respond to requests within one month where required.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews, to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to run the Service (e.g. authentication) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
